Whether you’re networking, or holding an event, it’s great to have on hand a clipboard and an opt-in form for people who are interested in learning more about your live events.

Here is a document you may use for an opt-in. You may not SPAM people with information about What If Up events… Make sure you are only sending group emails to people have requested it!

If people want to sign up for our national What If UPdates (email newsletter), you may fax us your list or scan it and email to us to add to our database.
