Mindy Audlin’s book What If It All Goes Right? provides detailed information about how to implement the “What If UP” process through self-reflection and in a group setting.
In addition to outlining the “rules” for a successful circle, it will familiarize you with the underlying principles that give power to the process.
It will also give you access to our “Quick Start” Guide which you can use to walk through an informal “What If UP” group gathering.
Support your gathering with facilitative DVDs.
Maybe you don’t really consider yourself to be a facilitator. Or maybe you just want to save yourself the learning curve of explaining the processes and setting up “the rules” for your group.
Our What If Up House Party™ and What If Up Think Tank™ DVDs essentially give you a “facilitator in a box.” Pop in the DVD, and let US guide your small group through the What If Up® brainstorming process. Use the What If Up House Party™ for personal or informal gatherings or with a broad mix of participants (such as in a church group).
For business settings, the What If Up Think Tank™ DVD will provide more relevant examples while explaining how the process works.
Each DVD is approximately 20 minutes in length, and designed to lead you through a 60-90 minute event. (You will pause the DVD throughout your gathering so your group can engage in the processes described.) There’s no easier way to get the ball rolling!
