Traditionally, God has taken the spotlight in this catchy little tune. But if it’s true that we are the hands and feet that were blessed with dominion of this tiny blue planet (as the book of Genesis would tell us), perhaps it’s time to roll up our sleeves a bit and expand our repetoire?

What if we remembered that we have an entire world rich in resources here at our fingertips every day?

What if we knew the answer to every problem in the world can be found right here when we open our eyes long enough to look?

What if God holds the world in His hands by touching our hearts and guiding us to be of service?

This week’s possibility was inspired by a story I read about a dog groomer who was doing her part to help clean up the oil spill in the Gulf.

What if the seas and the oceans are in our hands this week? What if God guides our hands to gratefully do what we can with what we have?
