What if you clarify what you want?

My toddler refuses to sit on Santa’s lap to tell him what she wants for Christmas. So this weekend, we wrote him a letter. Coaching her to ask for what she wanted left me inspired. Maybe her faith in the magic of Christmas rubbed off on me…

What if we wrote down all the things we want most for this holiday season?

What if we look beyond our gift lists and capture with clarity (and in glorious detail!) the vision of our heart’s deepest desires?

What if we faithfully mail it off to the North Pole with the joy and expectation of a child, playfully allowing the Spirit of Love to provide all the wisdom and resources we need to surprise and delight us this holiday season?

“You cannot make it as a wandering generality. You must become a meaningful specific.”- Zig Ziglar

Yes, vision of sugarplums are nice…But what about adding a vision of spiritual groundedness? Childlike wonder? Balance? Reverence? Self-Care? Maybe a bit of breathing room?

May visions of unlimited, joy-filled possibilities dance in your head this week and always. And may your list for Santa truly bring you an experience of heaven on earth.
